Up to £250,000 rebuild cost, professional sharers.
Mid-size HMO (6–9 tenants)
from £44 per month
Includes communal contents and malicious damage cover.
Large HMO (10–12 tenants)
from £78 per month
Student and mixed tenancies considered, higher liability limits.
